State Of Gujarat vs Himmatsinh

1. Heard Mr. K. L. Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the appellant State of Gujarat and perused the impugned judgment and order of acquittal dated 04/09/2012, passed in Special (Electricity) Case No. 46 of 2009 by the learned Special Judge and 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Sabarkantha @ Himatnagar. It prima facie appears that the present appeal deserves consideration. Hence, the appeal is admitted.

2. Bailable Warrant, in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), be issued against the respondent herein - original accused.
