Having heard Ms.C.M.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the appellant - State and considering the fact that against the impugned judgement and order by which learned Trial Court has acquitted the respondent herein - original accused for the offence punishable u/s.306 of the Indian Penal Code, the State has preferred the Appeal being Criminal Appeal No.598/2012, which has been Admitted by this Court, the present Appeal is Admitted.
To be heard along with Criminal Appeal No.598/2012.
