State Of Gujarat vs Bhavan Bhikhubhai Sodha

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned APP Mr.Patel has invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 15.09.2011 passed by this Court (Coram: D.H.Waghela, J. and J.C.Upadhyay, as he then was). The learned APP has also invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 23.10.2012 passed by this Court (Coram:Jayant Patel and N.V.Anjaria, J.) and last but not the least he also drew attention of the Court to the order dated 06.11.2012 passed by this Court (Coram: Jayant Patel, and Mohinder Pal, J.).

In light of those orders, the Registry to examine the matter and do the needful.
