JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned APP Mr. Jani, appearing on behalf of the applicant - State and learned Mr. Modi, appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2.
Learned APP Mr. Jani has drawn the attention of this Court that earlier the matter was remanded by this Court to the trial Court. Thereafter, the learned Magistrate has allowed the Application (Exh.84), filed by the respondent - accused for discharge.
Rule returnable on 14.3.2012.
In the mean time, office is directed to call the Record & Proceedings from the trial Court so as to reach this Court on or before 9.3.2012.
