Interim relief against reinstatement is REFUSED, however, interim relief against continuity of service and backwages is GRANTED.

If, reinstatement is not granted to the respondent workman within ONE MONTH from today, it shall be open to him to move this Court by way of an application under Section 33(C)2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. If, such an application is filed, the same will be expedited.
