Heard Ms. Mehta, learned AGP, for the petitioner - State Government.
2. In present petition, the petitioners have prayed for below mentioned relief:-
"8B Your Lordships be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 08.08.2011 passed in Arbitration Reference No.65 of 1997 filed by the present respondent as well as Counter Claim filed by the State Government i.e. present petitioner being Arbitration Reference No.24 of 1999 passed by the learned Gujarat Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal;"
3. Ms. Mehta, learned AGP for the petitioners, has relied on order dated 21.8.2012 passed in LPA No.953 of 2012 and has submitted that in the said appeal issues similar to the issues involved in present petition are raised and the said appeal is admitted by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
She has also relied on another order passed by learned Single Judge (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.R.Brahmbhatt) wherein also similar issues are raised.
