JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Appeal is admitted. To be heard with First Appeal No.2521 of 2010 and connected appeals.
As of now, the appellant has not filed any Civil Application seeking stay of the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court which is impugned in this appeal. In absence of stay from this Court, it would be open for the Reference Court to proceed with the execution of the decree.
