On behalf of Mr.Amar Bhatt, learned advocate, it is submitted by Mr.Unwala, learned advocate that on behalf of the respondent, Mr.Bhatt, learned advocate has filed caveat, however, inadvertently, office appears to have failed to point out the said fact to the petitioners and the petition has been circulated without reflecting respondent's caveat.

Learned AGP will supply a copy of the petition and complete set of annexures to learned advocate Mr.Bhatt so as to enable him to appear in the matter.
