Learned A.G.P. Mr. Dharmesh Gurjar states that the sole respondent has expired and in fact, the appellants have also preferred an application on 4.7.2011 for bringing heirs of the respondent on record of the case but the application is not placed with this appeal. He therefore requests that the appeal be adjourned and the office may be directed to place civil application for heirs along with the appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is adjourned to 3 rd October, 2012 and office shall ascertain whether any such civil application as stated above was filed by the appellants and if so, same shall be placed along with the second appeal on the said date.
