(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) 1. We have heard Mr. Alok Thakkar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Urshit Oza, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant, we do not find any error in the order passed by the learned Single Judge admitting the writ petition subject to the decision of the Apex Court, as it is always open to the petitioner at the time of hearing of the petition to cite other decisions of the Apex Court and satisfy the Court that restriction is not applied to his case.
2. Subject to the observation made above, this appeal is dismissed.
