(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) 1. We have heard Mr. D. P. Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant.
This appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 29/08/2012 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No. 10969 of 2012 by which, the learned Single Judge has directed the appellant to make a representation before the appropriate authority against transfer order dated 26/06/2012. Counsel for the appellant informed that after 26/06/2012, another transfer order has been passed on 03/10/2012.
2. It shall be open to the appellant to make representation against both the orders dated 26/06/2012 and 03/10/2012, which shall be decided by the appropriate authority. In case such a representation is made by the appellant before the appropriate authority within a period of one week from today, the same shall be decided by the appropriate authority within a further period of three weeks.
3. With the aforesaid direction, this Letters Patent Appeal stands finally disposed of along with Civil Application.
