1. Heard learned AGP, Mr.P.P.Banaji. Board shows that rule is duly served upon the respondent. However, nobody appears on behalf of the respondent.
2. The State Government as well as the claimants have preferred appeals against the common award passed by the Reference Court. This Court (Coram: Jayant Patel & J.C.Upadhyaya, JJ.) vide common judgment and order dated 15-6-2011 passed in First Appeal No.1112 of 1999 with other cognate First Appeals partly allowed the appeals preferred by the claimants and dismissed the appeals preferred by the State.
3. It appears that the present First Appeal No.7686 of 1999 filed by the State has been left out from the aforesaid group of First Appeals and hence, in light of the aforesaid common judgment and order dated 15-6-2011 passed in First Appeal No.1112 of 1999 and cognate First Appeals, this First Appeal No.7686 of 1999 is dismissed. No order as to costs.
