(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE VIJAY MANOHAR SAHAI) 1. We have heard Mr.Rakesh R.Patel, learned A.G.P. for the appellants and Mr.A.S.Supehia, learned advocate for the respondent.
2. This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the order of learned single Judge dated 24.3.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.3882 of 2011 by which the learned single Judge has directed the respondents – present appellants to decide the representation of the petitioner – present respondent for compassionate appointment without entering into merits of the case. This is an innocuous order and we are not inclined to interfere with the same in this appeal.
3. This Letters Patent Appeal, therefore, fails and is accordingly dismissed.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Application also stands disposed of.
