We have heard Mr. Shalin Mehta, assisted by Ms. Vidhi J. Bhatt for the appellant. This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed against an innocuous interim order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 21/09/2012 in Special Civil Application No. 12739 of 2012.
