MEDHINI PRUTHVI NARAYAN, ADV.) ...RESPONDENT THESE REVIEW PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ORDER 47 RULE 1 OF CPC, PRAYING TO REVIEW AND MODIFY THE ORDER DATED: 22.11.2016 PASSED IN WRIT APPEAL NOS.96/2014 AND 488/2016 TO THE EXTENT THAT THE STATE AUTHORITIES IS TO PAY 50% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE AS AGAINST THE 75% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE AS PER RULE 193 OF THE KARNATAKA REGISTRATION RULES, 1965, WHICH RULE IS NEITHER CHALLENGED NOR SET ASIDE BY ANY ORDER OF THIS HON'BLE COURT AND ALLOW THE WRIT APPEAL AND ALLOW THIS REVIEW PETITION, IN THE INTERESTS OF JUSTICE AND EQUITY.
THESE REVIEW PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, NARAYANA SWAMY J, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R These Review Petitions are filed seeking review of the order dated 22nd November 2016 passed in Writ Appeal Nos.96 of 2017 and 488 of 2016.
2. We have heard the submissions and examined the pleadings. We have also gone through the order passed in the Writ Appeals from which it is found that upon the submission made by the learned Additional Government Advocate writ appeals were disposed of directing the authorities to refund 75% per centum of the stamp duty and 75% per centum of the Registration Fees deposited by the appellant within a period of two months from the date of communication of the said order. When the disposal of the writ appeals itself is on the basis of the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, we do not find any error on the face of the record.
Review Petitions accordingly stand rejected.
