No.709/2016) of Channarayapatna Town P.S., Hassan, for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 42, 44 of Karnataka Minor Mineral Concession Rule, Section 4(A), 21(1), 21(5) of Mines and Minerals Regulation of Development Act and Section 379 of IPC.
This petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file necessary bail application before the competent Court and also seeks for a direction to the trial Court for disposal of the said bail petition as expeditiously as possible without any unnecessary delay.
2. The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to be considered.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and if a regular bail petition is filed, the same shall be considered as expeditiously as possible without any unnecessary delay by the concerned Court.
