RESPONDENTS THIS CRIMINAL PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 482 OF CR.P.C PRAYING TO SET ASIDE THE IMPUGNED ORDER DATED 03.09.2012 PASSED BY THE P.O., F.T.C., HUNSUR IN S.C.NO.143/2012 AND ALLOW THE APPLICATION FILED U/S 319 CR.P.C., SO FAR AS IT RELATES TO ALLOWING THE APPLICATION.
THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER When this matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II has produced a copy of the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6311/2012 dated 07.01.2019 whereby the petition filed by the complainant has been allowed. Further, the application filed by the State under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. has also been allowed and the proposed accused is directed to be added as co-accused.
2. In view of the above order, learned SPP seeks leave to withdraw the petition as no further order is necessary in the instant petition.
Recording his submission, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
