As per report of District Judge, Moradabad, notice sent to State Bank of Patiala, Branch Moradabad was personally served on Bank on 31.7.2019 and as per report of Deputy Nazir, on 31.7.2019 the Manager of State Bank of India after receiving the notice made an endorsement of receipt and put the seal of State Bank, which is on record.
The appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
