It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the C.B.I. that the two documents sought for are marked as Ext. D37 and D27 in C.C.12 of 2013 before the C.B.I. Court No.II, CRRC 10A/12 and that the petitioner can obtain certified copy from the said court.
In the light of the above submission, the petitioner may file an application for certified copy of the document within two weeks from today and if such an application is filed by the petitioner, every effort shall be made by the court concerned to make available copies, unless there are legal impediments, within one month thereafter.
