This Court, by order dated 10.09.2014, ordered notice to respondent. Registry has sent the notice in duplicate to the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Kakinada, who entrusted the same to S.H.O. Pedapudi Police Station to serve the notice to the respondent. The S.H.O. Pedapudi, submitted a Memo along with the ‘Death Certificate’ of the respondent stating that the notice is not served as the respondent died due to ill health. The same is made part of record. In view of the same, the criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
