JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) FRIDAY, THE EIGHTEENTH DAY OF TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 19056 of 2014 BETWEEN K.Nagendra AND ... PETITIONER The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Principal Secretary (Department of Revenue), A.P. Secretariat Building, Hyderabad and others.
...RESPONDENTS The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioner sates that he along with respondent No.4 had taken the premises bearing No.12/111-12 of Badwel Road, Mydukuru Town on rent and that there are some disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.4. It is stated that respondent No.4 was no more associated with the petitioner’s business, subsequently, he pressurised respondent No.2 and got the business premises of the petitioner closed and locked and along with respondent No.2, petitioner is pressurized to settle the matter with respondent No.4.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the locks to the premises were opened and petitioner is now enjoying the shop. However, alleging that respondent No.2 is still pressurising the petitioner, the present writ petition is pressed for hearing.
4. Learned government pleader states that as per the instructions the allegations of the petitioner with regard to involvement of any police officer, including respondent No.2, is not correct. However, it is evident that there is a dispute of civil nature between petitioner and respondent No.4.
5. Hence, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere with the petitioner’s civil dispute with respondent No.4, as even according to the instructions of the learned government pleader, there is no crime registered against the petitioner.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
