S A S IDHA R A N , J . ) The petitioner filed this Writ Petition in Probona Publico to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.3 to register a case and investigate the recruitment scandal that took place in connection with the appointment of Assistant Agriculture Officers in the Department of Agriculture.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the appointments were found correct by a Division Bench in W.P.No.1030 of 2009 and as such practically nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
3.In view of the subsequent events and more particularly the order in W.P.No.1030 of 2009. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
