Heard learned Government Pleader for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. Since the issue in both the writ petitions is one and the same, these writ petitions are being disposed of by a common order.
3. These writ petitions were filed by the Government challenging the common judgment dated 30.04.2008 passed in C.M.A.Nos.17 and 19 of 1997 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Adilabad. The said CMAs were considered by the learned Additional District Judge, Adilabad, pursuant to the common order dated 01.08.2007 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24056 of 1999 and batch.
4. Earlier, this Court considered W.P.No.22055 of 2008 arising out of the order dated 30.04.2008 in C.M.A.No.16 of 1997 and dismissed the writ petition on the ground that no notification was issued under Rule 2 of the Teakwood Rules, 1970. Remand was ordered in order to verify whether any notification was issued by the Government and the Appellate Court found that no such notification was issued.
5. In view of the same, these writ petitions also should fail and are accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
