JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 3.10.2012 sent by the Petitioner so as to enable him to get refund.
2.Heard the submissions on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The Petitioner being aggrieved on a wrong deduction of TDS on the total bill amount payable to the Petitioner towards his tax liability has given a representation to the respondents on 3.10.2012, which has not been considered till date. Since the said representation has not been considered within a reasonable time, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 3.10.2012,on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
