This Review Application has been filed, seeking to review the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.18265 of 2014 dated 17.06.2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court, while passing order in the writ petition, had inadvertently directed the fourth respondent in the writ petition to reimburse the medical expenses, incurred by the 1st respondent herein, instead of directing the Joint Director, who is the third respondent therein.
3. It is quite not understandable as to why the petitioner chose to file the present review petition for such kind of correction in respect of alteration of the name of the respondent in the operative portion of the order of the writ petition and for this reason, there is no need to review the earlier order. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents have no serious objection in issuing direction to the Joint Director / the third respondent therein to reimburse the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner therein.
4. In view of the consent given by all the parties, this Review Application is disposed of, directing the Registry to change the name of the fourth respondent as third respondent in the operative portion / Paragraph No.8 of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.18265 of 2014 and issue fresh order copies to the parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
