JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner approached the first respondent by Ext.P2 for grant of No Objection Certificate for applying for Explosive License under the Explosive Rules, 2008. It is submitted by the petitioner that the authorities have conducted site inspection. However, the application has not been finalized. It is also submitted that by Exts.P3, P4 and P5 they recommended for issuance of No Objection Certificate for applying for Explosive License.
2. In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 application, untrammelled by any orders passed by the National Green Tribunal in O.A.No.171 of 2013, in the light of any recommendation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
