Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct respondent No.1 to dispose of the Appeal No.52/2018 under Annexure-N and direct respondent Nos.3, 4 & 5 to take immediate steps for assigning Dia's code and STS number to the petitioner institution in the interest of students who have been admitted in the institution from 8th standard to 10th standard and to enable the SSLC students to take up their exam for the academic year 2019-20 by considering representations dated 20.02.2019 and 11.07.2019 under Annexures-Q & R.
This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Though this writ petition is listed for Preliminary Hearing, by the consent of the parties, it is taken up for final disposal.
2. The factual aspects of the case are that the petitioners-institution has preferred the Appeal No.52/2018 against the respondents and the said appeal is pending consideration before the first respondent.
3. Perusal of the writ papers would indicate that the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending consideration before the first respondent since 2018. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal and pass appropriate orders within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. No further orders is required to be passed in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
