ORDER:
The short and simple grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent No.2 has not been taking a decision on the petitioner’s application for grant of permanent affiliation and that instead it has been indulging in issuing repeated notices to the petitioner for furnishing information which was already furnished by the petitioner more than once.
Sri A.Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s application for permanent affiliation is under process and that a decision will be taken in a day or two and communicate the same to the petitioner.
This submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38379 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
