Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the 2nd respondent in proposing physical inspection of the petitioner- college for verifying the existing faculty, infrastructure etc. vide the impugned circular dt. 22.10.2014 as arbitrary, illegal and offending Article 14 of the Constitution of India and to issue a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent not to conduct such comprehensive inspections without concluding the process earlier undertaken in pursuance of inspections conducted on 14.05.2014 and 04.08.2014.”
After arguing the case, Mr.Rev.K.V.K.Rao, the party-in-person, in deference to the views of this Court, sought for withdrawal of this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail a fresh remedy, if any adverse orders are passed.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.41418 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
