THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.17607 of 2010 Between:
St. Louis Industrial Training Centre Students Welfare Association Rep. by its President D. Srikanth.
PETITIONER AND 1. The National Council for Vocational Training, New Delhi rep. by its Chairman, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
