ORDER Heard the petitioner/party-in-person and Sri.S.N.Murthy, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.8-Hospital.
2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for various reliefs which virtually calls for the Court to do the job of quantifying the amounts that are allegedly due to the members of the petitioner’s union in view of the order passed by this Court while disposing off the batch of writ petitions calling in question the notification dated 06.01.2017 issued by the State thereby stipulating the minimum wages.
3. That apart, it is seen that a dispute of a similar nature has already been raised before the Competent Authority and in the said proceedings, notice has been issued to respondent No.8 herein.
4. In that view of the matter, it is appropriate to direct to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority and to seek for appropriate relief in the pending proceedings.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority and to seek for appropriate relief in the pending proceedings.
No costs.
