JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting Orchestra on 24.01.2017 in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.
3.It is seen from the records that on 05.01.2017 the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, the following order can be passed.
4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Pavoorchatram Police Station, Tirunelveli District is directed to look into the representation dated 05.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of three days.

1.The Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.
2.The Inspector of Police, Pavoorchatram Police Station, Pavoorchatram, Tirunelveli District. .
