When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 06.11.2017, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to list the matter on 07.11.2017, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today (07.11.2017) also when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.
