...Respondents (By Sri. T.K. Vedamurthy, AGA) These Writ Petitions filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent authorities to refund the excess payment of tax amount paid by the petitioner as per the notice of excess payment of form VAT 185 bearing TIN No.29080578282 dated 06.06.2016 in relation to the assessment period 2011-12 vide annexure-B.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, grievance of the petitioner relating to refund of amount is stated to have been complied to the concerned respondent.
In view of the later developments, the present writ petition do not survive for consideration. Hence, these writ petitions stand disposed off.
