This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 17.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2604 of 2017 in C.C.No.97/2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and direct the Court below to recall the prosecution witnesses for cross examination.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.When the matter is posted for reporting compliance of the direction of this Court to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a receipt and submitted that the cost has been deposited as per the direction of this Court.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court has been complied with, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
