JUDGMENT / ORDER

Cases Common Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 to punish the respondent for having willfully and deliberately disobeyed the orders of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.2716 of 2013 and W.P(MD)No.15353 of 2012, dated 27.03.2014 and for having committed contempt of court.

2.Considering the fact that the respondent has filed writ appeals against the order made in the writ petitions and notice has been ordered in the condone delay petition, I do not think that no purpose would be served in keeping this matter pending. Accordingly, this contempt petitions are closed, however, by granting liberty to the petitioners to revive this petition in the event of his success before the Division Bench. No costs.
