JUDGMENT / ORDER

Abraham Mathew J., The petitioners are parents of a major girl. This petition has been filed on the allegation that the girl was in the illegal custody of respondents 9 to 11. Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the girl was produced before this Court and after interacting with the persons concerned, the Court allowed the girl and the 9th respondent to get married in accordance with the law by which they are governed. The girl and the 9th respondent are present today. Yesterday, they were married at Varkala in accordance with law. The marriage certificate is produced. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition is not pressed.
2. It is submitted that certain certificates of the girl are in the custody of the parents. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is pending before the concerned Judicial First W.P.(Crl.) No. 183 of 2014 : 2 :
Class Magistrate's Court and directions may be obtained from that Court. We think no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. It is closed accordingly.
