No representation for the petitioner. I notice that, on 14.7.2014, on which date the case was posted, also there was no representation. This Court had directed on the said day, that the petitioner shall implead the State as a party to the writ petition. No steps have been taken in compliance with the said direction. Thereafter, on 13.11.2014 when the writ petition was called also, there was no representation. In spite of the above, a week's time was granted. Today also there is no representation. It is obvious that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting this writ petition. The fourth respondent is represented through counsel. This writ petition is therefore dismissed for non- prosecution.
