[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Contempt Petition alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 10 April, 2017, in W.P.(MD)No.6291 of 2017.
2. The first respondent initiated action. The order passed by the first respondent was challenged by the affected party in W.P.(MD)No.16632 of 2017. Since the competent authority has already initiated action and the matter was thereafter kept pending on account of the Writ Petition filed by the affected party, there is no need for keeping the Contempt Petition pending.
3. The Contempt Petition is closed.
