This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful, deliberate, disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.6006 of 2016 dated 28.03.2016.
2.Heard, Mr.D.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents and Mr.A.P.Muthupandian, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents submitted that entire amount has been paid. Except interest on computation.
4.Recording the statement, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pay the balance amount within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, the petitioner is permitted to revive the petition.
