Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented on behalf of the respondent against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.15064 of 2013, a writ appeal S.R. has been preferred and some direction has been issued by the Division Bench of this Court.

2.In any event, since the matter has been taken on appeal before the Division Bench of this Court and some orders has been passed in the appeal, I do not thing the present contempt petition can be kept pending. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is always open to approach this Court, in case, he is aggrieved finally after the outcome of the writ appeal..
