JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 23.04.2013 and made in W.P.(MD) No.7843 of 2008.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that challenging the order, dated 23.04.2013, made in W.P.(MD) No.7843 of 2008, the respondents 1 to 3 have preferred a writ appeal with a delay and the delay has also been condoned.
3. It appears that after the order was passed in the writ petition, the respondents considered the claim of the writ petitioners for regularization of their service and passed an order, dated 04.10.2013 and subsequently, in the light of the decision of the Honourable Full Bench, which considered the effect of the Government Order, in G.O.(Ms) No.21, dated 23.02.2006, the said order, dated 04.10.2013, has been kept in abeyance.
4. In the light of the fact that the Honourable Division Bench is now seized of this matter, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions available to them in the pending writ appeal. No costs.
