The petitioner in this writ petition had secured the third position in the merit panel preferred for appointment of L.P.G Distributors. The petitioner had in fact not questioned the selection of the first candidate since the selection of the first candidate was reversed by the Corporation in view of the reduction of the marks obtained for her experience. The petitioner claims that she should get priority over the second candidate.
2.The writ petition filed by the first candidate namely, D.A.Sneha in W.P.(MD)3076 of 2012 has been allowed today and the Corporation has accepted to decide on the question of experience after giving her an opportunity.
3.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if she is so advised. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.2 of 2012 is closed..
