Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents have stated that the order of this Court dated 23.08.2016, made in W.P.(MD).No.8520 of 2016, has been complied with by respondent in letter and spirit and produced a copy of the letter of the District Educational Officer, Madurai in e.f.vz;.980/m4/2016> dated 16.06.2017.
