Petitioner raised a complaint before the first respondent. According to the petitioner, his daughter Vidhya Satheesan was required to do a project work in the 5th respondent company. When enquired about the matter petitioner came to know that the 4th respondent, denied the approval of the application of petitioner's daughter. Petitioner submits that at that time the 4th respondent told that he would grant sanction only if the civil suit against him is withdrawn by the petitioner. Petitioner filed Ext.P1 complaint against the 4th respondent before the 1st respondent. Since no action has been taken, petitioner sought information under the Right to Information Act. The 4th respondent being the Public Information Officer informed the petitioner that information sought for is exempted from disclosure and rejected the application.
2. In view of pendency of Ext.P1 before the first respondent, first respondent shall advert to Ext.P1 and take appropriate decision if necessary after hearing the petitioner and the 4th respondent within a period of two months from the date of W.P(C).No.34634 of 2014D 2 receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
