JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.(S.R) No.2073 of 2013 in O.S.No.259 of 2010.
2. The suit in O.S.No.259 of 2010 is filed for permanent injunction restraining the defendant from alienating or encumbering the suit property. Pending suit, I.A.S.R.No.2073 of 2013 is filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C to reject the plaint in O.S.No.259 of 2010. The said application was rejected, against which, the above revision has been filed.
3. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner that the trial has commenced and evidence is being recorded. Hence, the petitioner seeks a time frame for disposal of the suit.
4. It is represented by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs/respondents 1 and 2 that the suit is now transferred to the Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram to be tried along with other suits, namely, O.S.No.442 of 2009 and O.S.No.124 of 2010.
5. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, considering the submissions made on either side, the suit (O.S.No.259 of 2010) being of the year 2010, the learned Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram is directed to dispose of the three suits (namely O.S.No.442 of 2009 and O.S.No.124 of 2010), on or before 30.06.2017. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition id closed.
