(Order of the Court was made by M.CHOCKALINGAM,J) It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Senior Special Public prosecutor for Central Government that the order of detention passed against the detenu was revoked by the Advisory Board and hence the Habeas Corpus Petition can be disposed of.
2. The statement of the learned Senior Special Public prosecutor for Central Government is recorded. Under such circumstances, nothing requires to be considered and the habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
