JUDGMENT / ORDER

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 23.08.2015.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission, that the writ petitioner is to be Posted as Senior Resident/Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology in Thiruvannamalai Government Medical College and Hospital in the existing vacancy. However, her claim is not considered by the respondents. Thus, the writ petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 23.08.2015.
3. Without going into merits of the matter the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 23.08.2015 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
