JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 17.05.2016 for issuing No Objection Certificate to provide electricity service connection to the Arrulmighu Sundaravinayagar Temple situated at Survey No.1964, Arimalam Village, Senkeerai Zone, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District.
2.Heard Mr.G.Mathavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2016.
4.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
