The petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, so as to seek appropriate remedies before the appropriate forum, since this Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.

Permission sought for is granted and the writ petition would stand dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies before the appropriate forum.
